Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We ship all items using USPS. Currently we only ship to USA and Canada. 

We generally ship within 2 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number.  We will use the address that you have listed at checkout and are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

Returns:

All refunds and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.  You will be responsible for the return shipment charges.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

No refunds for shipping or merchandise will be issued for orders delayed due to weather events, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect J3 Jazzy Jewels, LLC. or any of our carriers.
