- Can I pick up my purchase?
- We are located in the Northwest Suburbs of Illinois and if you are local and want to pick up your purchase, please make arrangements with us before-hand. We will do our best to accommodate.
- How do I care for my jewelry?
- You should not shower with your jewelry on.
- Avoid any lotions or creams on the jewelry.
- It should be store in an air-tight zip lock bag. If Silver, store with the anti-tarnish pad that came with the item.
- We also provide organza bags to place the zip lock bag in.
- Do you do customer orders?
- Absolutely! We will work with you on customizing a special piece. Just email us and let us know what you are looking for.
- Do you do shows/events?
- Yes! Check out our events page on where you can find us.
- Do you accept returns?
- All refunds and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the return shipment charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Do you provide tracking numbers?
- Of Course! Once we have packaged your items, we will send you the tracking numbers
