  • Can I pick up my purchase?
    • We are located in the Northwest Suburbs of Illinois and if you are local and want to pick up your purchase, please make arrangements with us before-hand.  We will do our best to accommodate. 
  • How do I care for my jewelry?
    • You should not shower with your jewelry on.
    • Avoid any lotions or creams on the jewelry.
    • It should be store in an air-tight zip lock bag.  If Silver, store with the anti-tarnish pad that came with the item.  
    • We also provide organza bags to place the zip lock bag in.
  • Do you do customer orders?
    • Absolutely!  We will work with you on customizing a special piece. Just email us and let us know what you are looking for. 
  • Do you do shows/events?
    • Yes! Check out our events page on where you can find us.
  • Do you accept returns?
    • All refunds and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.  You will be responsible for the return shipment charges.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Do you provide tracking numbers?
    • Of Course!  Once we have packaged your items, we will send you the tracking numbers
